Basic Rates

 

High Season : 1st June to end Sept at 3290 €/week

Minimum 7 nights stay from Saturday to Saturday only

The pool will be open during this time

 

Low season : 1st Oct to end May at 300 €/night 

Minimum 4 nights stay

The pool will be closed when night temperatures are too cool

 

Pre & post stay cleaning fee : 270 €

Security deposit : 500 €

Plus local taxes : 2.30€/adult/night

Additional Services 

 

We can provide the following on request, please just let us know at the time of your booking :

Pool heating : 70 € per week or part-week

Pool towels : 8 € per towel

Additional cleaning : 120 € per halfday 

Air conditioning (main lounge & the two bedrooms above) : 150 € per stay

 

Fridge stocking for your arrival : quote on request

Babysitting : quote on request

Catering : quote on request
